hi qqdavid,
I think u did't get my wrds, instead of inferring a more inv, we can use Qbar, if avaialble Qbar pin avail in the lib, so that flop and inv gets integrated ,

Divide input frequency by 2 is so simple.
Input frequency is the input of T-FF and output of the T-FF is divide by 2 of the input frequency.
Got it....?
