Tapered structure with Tanner L-Edit

Hi All,

Have you ever tried to create kind of tapered structure or structure with specific shape based on a function like cos, sin or hamming function on Tanner L-Edit.
I've been trying to find such information on tanner user manual but couldn't get anything.

Or perhaps, some of you know other soft beside tanner l-edit in which I can use to create such shape?

Thank you in advance All

I understand that that way would work for the sin or cosine-like a structure. But, how about the structure following hamming function shape for instance?

The LayoutEditor http://www.LayoutEditor.net can read CVS file (Comma Separated Values), which can be created with any spread sheet program like Excel or OpenOffice Calc. So any kind of shape including sin and cos are possible. See http://www.layouteditor.net/tutorial/fileformatcsv.html for details.
