Good place to buy a used Xilinx Spartan development kit
Can anybody recommend a good place to buy a used Xilinx Spartan development kit.
Tried Craigslist and eBay - no luck.

What I would suggest is the Spartan3A started kit from AVNET, it is only $49 and it is an excellent starter board if you just want to learn FPGAs. You don't need a programming cable, it has an integrated USB->JTAG controller.
