Diffraction

Hello,

I want to simulate diffraction of a gaussian beam by a plate with an array of circular apertures (two different diameters). Does someone know about a software (free if possible) which would allow me this? Otherwise, is it possible to modelize it with matlab? If so, could you help me in the main lines?

Thanks a lot!
