| mapinfo is a commercial tool....almost all rf engineers use it. You can try looking it up online or at mapinfo.com. Good luck

We recently launched Overture, which is an easy to use RF planning solution. It isn't free, but is low-cost and available on a monthly lease basis.
Try it right now by going to http://OvertureOnline.com.
In my experience, free is only really free if you don't value your time
