| Hi, i'm designing an RF amplifier, at one section of the circuits, the amplifier requires a switch. If i want to use power mos transistor for the switch, any suggestion on what type i should use?preferably if there's any orcad model and library come with it. Thanks

Hi,
Could you give more details? Where do you need a switch in your RF amplifier?
You can use MOS as a switch but you need a gate driver circuit to switch it.

| to chose your MOS transistor, we need to know bias voltage requirement, and what is the operating frequency of this amplifier?

| The bias is preferably between 2-3V, and the freq is at least 0.1-300Mhz
