Pls, Help me
I want to controll Motor Bipolar Stepper 5A with L293.
L293 peak Current only 1 A but Motor Stepper needed 5A
Can some body help me, pls

I try with with MOSFET IRFZ44 and MTP2955.
But MTP2955, I cann't find it.
Pls help me

This circuit isn't good because of the drains of top MOSFET is connected to high voltage. I suggest to you another good H-bridge http://www.cadvision.com/blanchas/hexfet/np-s.htm If you motor's power supply more than 20V add zener to drains of top MOSFET to protect them. You can use any zener at voltage 15 V.

Well, you have to use two of them as in your first circuit.
