ptt, ppg, pwv

Dear All,

I have an assignment about make an improvement of the device for measuring human heartbeat which using pulse oxymeter to identify human blood pressure. Now I'm thinking about using another method by measuring arterial Pulse Transit Time (PTT) and Pulse Wave Velocity (PWV).

Anyone have some experience with this or maybe some advices related with the method that I'm gonna use?
