.lis file hspice
Hi,

I simulated my circuit in hspice and in the .lis file I saw this
Ļcgtot 161.3343a 73.5276a 71.7320a 75.3584a 39.4899a 39.6413aĻ

I want to calculate Cgate but I canīt understand what is ĻaĻafter the numbers?

would you please tell me.

"a" = atto = 1e-18
