i need to inteface with a Speed Converter through profibus communication,... how can i do that with microcontroller 8051...

Do you intend to design a PROFIBUS DP master? It can work with a standard uP at a low baud rate, e.g. 19K2. There's a considerable protocol overhead, that has to be managed by your application however, starting with the PROFIBUS layer2 protocol. Also the DP slave has to be configured by the master on communication startup.

I'm not aware of existing example software. But you may want to check this previous edaboard thread for some interesting details:
