R+C+CC Vs. C+CC

Hi, I need to decide between R+C+CC and C+CC.

I think by R+C+CC extraction I can get accurate timing result but it will slow down the simulation. Basically I am doing this for SRAM simulation. So, if i do only C+CC then how much effect on the accuracy? I mean if you have rough figure from ur obs. then it will be gr8.

Thanks

R+C+CC Vs. C+CC

Compare simulation results on both extractions on a single (or a row of) SRAM cell(s). Shouldn't take too long!
