IR2113 input logic level
IR2113 requires 0-15 V to LIN and HIN input

is there an upgrade of this component
with 0-5 V HIN LIN input ?

Generally, it doesn't. Only with a 15V logic supply. It's also said in the datsheet to be "3.3V logic compatible". With a Vdd of 5V, it's 5V-compatible, as requested.
