HFSS Metal Merge
Recently, I do a simulation in HFSS, and find it is so wireld, I draw the structure. If I draw two long metals 100um each and then use a separate 10um metal to link them, using the same material. But when I do the simulation in HFSS, I find the electric filed in the link metal is very high about three orders of magnitude higher, while when I link them together, the result shows normal reduce by three orders of magnitude. I hope anyone can give me some explanation about this. Thank you very much
