"This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action" error message display on my PC, when I try to open derives by double click.
what should I do?
pls help

Hello!
If you know which kind of file it is and which program can open it:
- Right click the file, choose properties (last item).
- Press the button labeled "program" and navigate to the program
that is supposed to open the file.
That's it. Then double-click, and the program you have chosen should
open the file.
If you don't know the file type, then you are in trouble. You may
try to open the file with XVI to look at what's inside.

Hi all
As I said before, this problem is happening when I eant to open my hard derives, NOT open a file.
Can any body help please?

Your original post made no mention of a hard drive problem.
Post a screen cap or detailed explanation of what your OS is saying. Are you running windows, mac, linux?
