| i read a sentence for example like this "size of transistor M2 is twice as that of M1". so if the size of M1 is W=0.7u, L=0.35u , then size of M2 is W=1.4u, L=0.7u or the size of M1 is W=1.4u,L=0.35u?? I still confuse about this

| Generally,we think "size of transistor M2 is twice as that of M1", that mean is the "W" is double and the "L" is not change.

(W/L)_2 = 2*(W/L)_1
