what is the use for 2nd stage(class AB,Common source,etc..) in folded cascode opamp?

It can be used as a unit-gain amplifier,maybe.
Increasing the output swing is the main point in most palce.

| The advantages have been correctly pointed out. This does come at the cost of reduced speed. But then for smaller technologies gain is a significant issue.

improve the output voltage swing
and reduce the output impedance (thus keep the gain when there is external load)
