Hi,
I am a new freelancer for PCB community. I would like to introduce about my team
expertise and skills.
Team past experience
Schematic design entry using Orcad capture, Cadence HDL concept and PADS logic.
PCB designing and Footprint creation using cadence ALLEGRO ,Orcad Layout and PADS
FPGA, SoC, DDR, CPLD, Micro processor, Micro Controller, High density interconnects (Blind and Buried Via) and Impedance controlled layout design.
EMI/EMC, ESD, Thermal and Mechanical consideration boards.
PCB design experience on the following applications.
High-speed telecom network boards.(SHMC,GPON,Nortel-OM5K)
High-speed data acquisition cards.
Medical System(Interferential Therapy, Invasive Blood Pressure monitor)
Switch mode power supply.
DC-DC converter.( 24Volt 50Amps)
Test Equipment.(Vision inspection system)
Consumer products.(World space radio, Set-top box)
Automobile products.(RPM indicator and Wiper controller)
Duties and responsibilities: -
PCB design schedule input.
Develop and maintain PCB CAD footprint(IPC standard)
Package electrical and mechanical design data, identifying missing data, schematic errors and inconsistencies in mechanical data.
Placement and routing of high complexity multi-layer (08- 22 layer) printed circuit boards working from design requirements.
Signal Integrity Design consideration includes Power plane splits, Signals crossing splits and Antipad, Decoupling placement, Signal routing and return paths, Crosstalk potential.
Target 100% DFT test point coverage.
Meet the DFx requirements
Developing fabrication and assembly drawings.
Resolve technical queries from PCB fabricators and contract manufacturers.
Skills & knowledge:-
PCB design incorporating High Speed Digital, Analog and RF circuitry, Matched Length and controlled impedance, differential pairs, fine pitch parts including BGA's on 08 - 22 layer boards.
Designing using various type of fabrication material and different surface finishes.
Experience with design tools that include: Cadence ALLEGRO, Orcad Layout, PADS, GC preview and CAM 350.
Ability to understand the flow and function of electrical schematics.
As we are a freelancer service we do not have any standard for quotation. I would like you to quote as per your past experience and time line as per your needs.
