Can any one tell me what is the relationship between the DM bandwidth and the CM bandwidth?

Well they need to be the same in order, meaning the should have the same gain over the entire bandwidth definition... At least the range of frequencies in your operation range. If not some differntial signals later on, will get suppressed due to less gain in the cmfb loop. makes sense?
