i dont know if the KICAD or the GEDA have autorouting, but they are nice free PCB design packages.

Cadsof Eagle is a good freeware PCB designing software
I am not sure about autorouting,however,it is a good software

The freeware version of Cadsoft Eagle has many other limitations as well:
1. Schematic cannot be made more than one page
2. Board area is limited to 12 square inch
3. only 2 layer PCB can be made
if you want a good freeware then search out for cracked version of Altium Designer

its not really a "freeware". its OK for lots of people to use cracked software, but for others it may be unconfortable. so, Kicad is a good coice in that case, its really freeware. And good enough if you dont want to design 6+ layers of high-speed digital boards.

I sugest OrCad 16, find it on isohunt.com through torent. I am very much satisfied with OrCad. the most commonly usde among profetionals.

buenos,though Altium designer is not a freeware but it a very comprehensive PCB designing software.
Cracked softwares have their own problems because many features of the cracked software do not function properly that might function if it were legally registered.I also appreciate use of legally registered softwares.
Can you please tell me the weblink from where i can download KiCAD.
