Sites like these are 90% pure Gimmicks. (I dont say all or refer any one). My friend had joined such a company about 2 years back and the company is not to be seen from one fine Night. The company still owes 22000/- Rupees for my friends work. When people apply, the company takes all the details of the applicant, in same way, it also becomes the right of the applicant to ask and the duty of the company to reveal the credentials and reputation of the company, the year of eshtablishment, the bankers, the management, etc. Written in public intrest and Applicants for such companys.
