Pcell evalutation failed - help me in solving this issue

pcell evaluation
Dear all.

I could generate a pcell by loading the pcell skill code...

The problem is that if I quit the icfb once and invoke it again,

the instantiated cell shows pcell evaluation failed. For this the

code has to be loaded again...

Could any one help me in solving this issue.....

I am also I need of developing the PCEll so kindly help me with example how the format should be? what are the inputs required?
