I just want to try run the whole flow of ASIC design. I am using Synopsys's tools.
Do you think that library is suitable for me?
Synthesis, Floorplan, P & R ?

New version of the same library have been released.
You can download it from the same location.
And this time they have added the wireload models also and also rectified other EDA tool related issues.
And they have also used it for opensparc T2, successfully.
So now enjoy guys.....with a big design and good library. All are well documented also, you can download them from there itself.

yes, as i already told you guys that this library have been successfully used for the implementation of SPARCT2(which is a multicore processor from SUN Microsystems)

yes sure, but i think you have to contact the owner for commercial uses.
