any method to connect to IC pad without soldering?

Hi all,
Im doing some hardware testing in a small company.Each time i get a board i ve to connect some resistances as loads to some vacant IC pads in the PCB it takes lots of time..Is there any method that i should connct resistances without soldering..

I was thinking of creating a plastic conntor with connector pads that fits exactly to IC pads. Does somethig exists like that??

Be careful with silver ink, don't work with high power , and is fragile .
I think plastic connector with pads is good option, or connect a wire to pads and next resistors.
