Why is CMOS-Based Technology superior than TTLs?

Other than less power consumption, are there other factors?

Hmm.. thanks.. quite an interesting link.

I found that most of the attributes relates to smaller scale -> consume less power.

Any other obvious factors that stand out? Just one or two..
