Hi,
does anyone use cadence SOC encounter to do the nangate 45nm design? How do you run RC extraction if you use SOC flow? I am using native RC extraction, detail mode, however, It needs Interconnect technology (ICT) input file to generate capacitance tables. But I can't find enough information for diffusion and dielectric layers in nangate technology file. If anyone has written this file, would you please tell me where you find this information?

Nangate will provide capacitance tables for Cadence SoC Encounter (.capTbl) and Mentor Olympus (.ptf) in the upcoming release. If you have any doubts, don't hesitate contacting us through support(at)nangate.com.

do you guys have any plans of releasing volcano kit for magma? it has good amount og P&R users out there...
