drill nicd charger
We may have gone over this before.
I have a drill with this kind of battery. Recharging ni-cads is sorta iffy at best. Over charging and undercharging causes the 'chemical memory' to eventually shorten the life of the battery.

I'm wondering if I can "re-do" the circutry in my charger to make it an "Intelligent charger" or even a charger that will discharg and re-charge the batteries till the life of each of those little Ni-cads on the big battery is all the same?
Anybody?

Schematics of 2 cells charger, with little modifications you can modifi for your voltage needs.
