Can somebody tell be the cost of HFSS and ADS softwares and how much the lisense of these softwares cost.

| HFSS is about $50,000. ADS/Momentum is probably about the same. If you add more options, ADS will be much more expensive than this.

| HFSS can also be much more expensive with options. I think there are additional licenses for running on multiple cores and multiple CPUs, etc. I'm not sure but I believe you only need to buy for a version, although new versions come out relatively often. Again, not sure about that.
