hi friends!i am very new to this forum.i want to know the best design tool for microstrip+slot antenna design.pl.tell me if anybody knows it.can i get it free? [/tex]

for planar problems I suggest IE3D

antenna design tool
I use Ansoft Designer 3 for my Planar antenna designs.

Nevermind, I see you wanted a free software. In that case, IE3D is a good place to start.
