There are two PCB programs named "Autotrax". One is a very old Protel DOS program, and the other is being sold by a company called "Kovacs" http://www.kov.com/
It has been so long since I worked with a Protel Autotrax file, I can't say whether the one you're showing is from that software or not.
If your file is Protel Autotrax, you can download a free copy of Rimu PCB demo to use as a viewer http://www.hutson.co.nz/download.htm.
If your file is the newer Autotrax, you can download a demo of that software to use as a viewer from http://www.kov.com/Download/AutoTRAX.aspx
If you would like for me to try to convert your file to Protel99, zip or rar it and PM it to me. I can't promise success, but I'll try.
