Problem in giving connection pin for sda and scl in I2C prot

Hi
Problem in giving connection pins for I2C protocol design ,I m designing the Temperature sensor interfaced with i2c protocol,my FPGA kit is spartan 3e , in my board i m having external IO pins each 20 pins, i have separately prepared the I2C Temperature sensor IC in PCB, but the problem is giving scl input to temperature sensor in my board clk is internally generated , and when i give sda pin to external pin connection , how can i give data to sda pin, plz help me to slove this , if anyone have the ucf file for I2C interface especially for spartan 3e fpga plz send it to my mail id mkanimozhivlsi(at)gmail.com
