I'm looking for a big I2C RAM (32k / 64k).

I only found 256 byte.

Does anyone knows if the are bigger I2C RAM's.

i need for my project
help me...........

Hi,
Try FM24C512 or similar FRAM ICs from RAMTRON.

I have a product preview for FM24V10 - I2C 1Mb, 3V (1.9->3.6). See attached.
