In the subthreshold region, which device(nmos or pmos) have Id that transitions faster as Vgs increases? and Why?

In the subthreshold region the Ids-Vgs relation is similar to that of a bipolar transistor. This means that gm reached an almost constant value that is temperature dependent ( similar to the bjt's I/VT relation)
