actually i am also looking for something similar, but to view 3D cad files, designed by my mechanical engineer colleagues. view and meaure details, open all popular formats.

i just dont like their output formats, what can open them? the jcae outputs .brep file, at least it can be opened with some simulation software, and its opencascade standard
