HI,

Can any one tell me for why the below error occurs in modelsim 6.2d while codecoverage running and enabled.

# ** Error: (vcover-6820) Source code mismatch merging ucdb file coverage_report4.ucdb into merge basis E:/CF_xd_ctrl_aug19th/sim/coverage_report_4.ucdb, skipping merge for instance /top/:
# input source file ahbmaster_tests_1.v, line 22, token 6
# merge basis source file ahbmaster_tests_1.v, line 24, token 6
# ** Error: (vcover-6800) Handle is not a valid scope.
# ** Error: (vcover-6800) Handle is not a valid scope.
# ** Error: (vcover-6820) Source code mismatch merging ucdb file coverage_report4.ucdb into merge basis coverage_report_4.ucdb, skipping merge for instance (null):
# input source file ../../../../../models/ahb_model/cfhost_api.v, line 28, token 11
# merge basis source file (null), line 4760940, token 2121336696
# ** Error: (vcover-6817) Coverage scope of type cannot contain any child scope.

I have used some complier directive in my top file. R u know the vcover - X error during merging.

I have one doubt. Coverage Report status not updated every time of merging. It is freshly loaded in that report files. Tell me any enable in there to enable the codecoverage.

Please comment on this.

THanks,
Rakeshrupan.
