Hello Everyone,

I would like to design a small experiment board with @ltera Cyclone EP1C3 100TQFP FPGA. What are all the minimal connections necessary to configure it directly from a PC. I am new to FPGA and 'Cyclone Device Handbook' does not seem to help.

Any circuit ideas / online links are appreciated. I hope we need a 3.3v pwr, oscillator connection, jtag coonection to communicate with pc.(something similar to fpga4fun Pluto 3 board)
