Hi,All:
the total current of my regulator is about hundreds of nA,so the most of transistor is in subthreshold region.the regulator circuit is not very good, becase of the PMOS must have to be in saturation region which needs current uA at least.so what can I do ,who has another good circuit of regulator?how can I deal with this case?
thanks

who has the circuit of regulator which only cost current less than 1uA,I found the traditonal one is not very good under low current.
