Hi
i have a UPS-Diag software but didn't try it and i think it's in russian language with it's documentation .
don't know if it'll help u or not ,in case u find it helpful , just tell me and i'll upload it as soon as possible

You can use Commander Pro or Winpower. Search google. You can find some places to download it for free. Winpower is a world class software to monitor almost any UPS with any operating system.Because it is JAVA based.
I don't know what kind of diagnostics report you are expecting, but those software give you total load, battery charging capacity, input and output voltage. It produces a log which might help diagnosing the problem.It can also turn off audio beep temporarily.

Hi bahadur08, Victron have good monitoring SW - Powerflag, but i need to set-up UPS to not turning OFF if output is smaller then 40W.
I mean, that i can do only with service software, not by diagnostic.

here's the software that i have , but sorry i don't have any info about using it and the documentation is written in russian which i can't understand ,so try it hoping it'll be of some help
