You can generate a wizart for installation using the tools with which you developped your application. Delphi, VB, C#, Windev....have this feature.

Thanks for answer.
The second question is that if the program that have a setup file with one of these languages can be used for commercial purposes.
I mean is there a license problem with setup file developed with these languages??
