Hi guys
I am a fourth year electronic engineering student and am undertaking a project to design and construct a voice scrambler using a Microchip dsPIC. The scrambler will connect on a telephone line and there will be a descrambler at the receiving end. The scrambling technique should be robust enough to block out the average person from listening to your voice.
I am looking for any information on the theory and techniques of voice scrambling. Any web links or books will be appreciated.
