hmm, actually it seems to be OK. Just two things are different from my .bashrc, so this might not related to it. Anyway, the differences are the following, at least worths a try:
1) add $CDS_ROOT/tools/spectre/bin to your path.
2) export MALLOC_CHECK=0
3) export LD_ASSUME_KERNEL="2.4.1"
the last one is for stability.

Before adding these issuses, I can start icfb& and draw the schematic,etc even if the two errors are still existing.

| dump ubuntu, we use linux only because most ic eda tools run on linux, and RHEL officially support them and it is free to use. so dump fedora, dump ubuntu, down a rhel 3 or 4 or 5 copy and enjoy

It seems that you copied the wrong .cdsinit file to your home directory. You should use $CDS_ROOT/tools/dfII/cdsuser/.cdsinit as a template.
You may also comment out the loadi sentences near the end of .cdsinit.
