Hello
On cell editior you could change the pad and pin sizes
Measure Dimension by using dimension option from Draw toolbar
Once the cell updated in the central library, Replace the cells from ECO option

Hi,
Try to read the pdf documents that comes with your MG Expedition installation.. Also, try to click on 'HELP' for the topics you might want to learn with your software..

If you want to change a pad size in Expedition you have to use the padstack Editor. (Setup -> Padstack Editor). Here you can modify a padstack.
Every cell using this padstack will use the new definition.
If you only want to chance a specific cell, you have to define the 'new' padstack (Padstack Editor) and then open the cell with the Cell Editor and replace the used padstack with the new one. Now every instance of this specific cell will use the new padstack.
If this still is not what you want , you have to define a unique cell (with the Cell Editor) and apply the padstack to it.
Have fun
