I need practical examples in assembler for uC 908GP32 Motorola
for use with keyboard ( microswitches ) and LCD display.
Where can I find it?

Request Motorola for free Codewarrior SE CD, you'll find a ton
of samples for gp32 (LCD........) running on several boards (Avnet...)
For C : Try Image Craft compiler with it's Application Builder....
