| Are they electronic components? Googling yields no results! You may need to check the spelling

Hi,
There are links where your components are mentioned and they are very very old RTL ( Resistor-Transistor-Logic ) integrated circuits from the mid 1960s and 1970s, no precise Western equivalent is given, only their function. I think it is even difficult to find data sheet for such functions among the Western RTL types too.
Here is one link:
http://www.arky.ru/audio/sprav/chips.html and your components info from there:
114ЛП1А,Б = RTL, Quad connected 2-Input Inverters
114ИР1А,Б = RTL, 2-Stage Shift Register
Here is another link that lists the same info on your components:
http://www.xs4all.nl/~ganswijk/chipdir/soviet/chips.htm
Here is some explanation on RTL integrated circuits:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resistor-transistor_logic
and there is a book here: RTL Cookbook for US$ 3 and up from which you may see the functions and probably the pin-outs of those Western RTL ICs:
http://www.alibris.com/booksearch?qsort=p&siteID=BMAI54k.xMY-6bJvSC2hb2j9kKSb5V.rLA&qtit=RTL+Cookbook
Usually, the pin-outs of the Russian ICs and the equivalent (original ) Western ICs were matching...

|

Dear all,
I need to know the pinout of the following electronic Russian devices:
1. 114ЛП1A = RTL, Quad connected 2-Input Inverters
2. 114ИP1A = RTL, 2-Stage Shift Register
In above, after the name of each IC (in Russian) following '=' sign, the original functionality of each IC is described.
I know that usually the pin-outs of the Russian ICs and the equivalent (original Western ICs are matching. So, would you please give me an idea how can I find equivalent alternatives to the above mentioned items, based on the above descriptions?
Upon helping me, I will press the "helped button" for 5 excess points.
Best Regards,
msTalebi.

Attached is what you need (1.gif = your 1st IC, 2.gif = 2nd IC, 3.gif = package). Please note that:
- pin 2 = GND, pin 9 = +Vcc.
- Vcc = 4V +/-10%.
- replacement is based on your particular application. These ICs are very obsolete and I do not see any RTL nowaday.
Good luck,
nguyennam
