Hi, is there any way to disable all the IP and enable few certain IP only for the router?

there should be IP filtering options in your router. connect to your router's webpage. it's IP should be 192.168.x.1 x is usually 0 or 1 but if you also check above if it didn't work. check your router's settings. there should be IP filters and firewall settings there that can be modified.

First access your router's default gateway, then use access list or filtering option.
It would be better if you tell us the router model with company.

You can control your in bound and out bound traffic from router using standard access list option which is already in your router. By using this you can deny traffic from/toward any IP address in each interface.
There option is use separate firewall unit before your router and add your rules in firewall.

if your router is Cisco then i may help you for creating access lists .
first what do you mean by disabling all Ip's ? do you mean not to allow some ip's from entering your network ? or you mean clearing all the router interfaces ?
