Can i simulate CMOS transistor of 0.35um Technology

most of CMOS design suggest use ADS to design MMIC and Cadence to design RFIC
you should install design kit (tech model)

Re: Can i simulate CMOS transistor of 0.35um Technology

Hi , here at college we have cadence but they used the hit kit 3.7 and a tech file c35b4 that should be enough for rf design.
How i find out that i have spectre rf.
Here use cadence only for analog/mixed signals so i don't know if the have habilitated the rf simulator.
