Have you some links or other useful stuff about mains power line work?

If possible, something where I could use pic microcontrollers!

Try the ST7537 power line modem from SGS thompson. Search in google and you will find some links.

You are better of using the ST7538 from ST, easier communication and layout. Most of the driver stage is on-board.
