| in this modern times it is simple to convert pal to ntsc , you can convert pal to ntsc or ntsc to pal by the use of computer, you can program it if you know how to use computer, in other appliances like DVD, they make a circuit to make pal to ntsc!!!!!!!!!!!

PAL to NTSC implies scan rate conversion(50 to 60 Hz) and scaling (625 to 525 lines). Thus it can't be achieved easily by a circuit. (Unless the circuit is a digital image processing system). As said, a computer could perform at least an off-line conversion.
The more easy solution is using multi-standard devices, e. g. a DVD player that can source both standards. With analog equipment (VCR, TV), only a few expensive multi-standard devices are avaliable.

| Use Adobe Premier CS3, save your file as PAL or NTSC or what ever you wish as long as its available.
