I often see that many persons use a ferrite bead to connect analog gud and digitial gnd, what'a a ferrite bead?

in a circuit it's symble is the same toa inductor,,

soo,Ferrite Bead=Inducor??

Basically, it's a lossy inductor, specified by an impedance value (e. g. @ 100 MHz) rather than an inductance. Types with different frequency characteristics are available. At lower frequencies up to several MHz, the behaviour is pure inductive.

I has iron core inside,as a ferromagnetic material. So what happens at higher frequency it 100MHz it offers a high resistance and does ot allow to pass through. So basically it is used as a filter for power pins of iC.
