is there a good tutorial on how to trouble shoot an electronic ciruit

in troubleshooting it is not simple to become a technician in one day , but if you really want to repair it , you will going to research at the computer to serch a troubleshooting guide for the appliance you want to repaire ,just like the website tha carl
