U can try bend monpole like attached figure.

I dont have dimension for this antenna.
Approximately each wire length should be around 0.25λ for their respective band.

there was vertivcal antenna at http://www.edaboard.com/ftopic176890-0-asc-60.html..I would like to made it but didn't had description
